Shipping & Delivery
All of our flowers are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Postage is included in the price. You should allow up to 2 days for delivery however we cannot guarantee that the flowers will arrive on the specified date. Sometimes they only take 1 day to get to their destination and so arrive early. We do not send flowers on a Saturday or Sunday so flowers for a Monday delivery will be sent on Friday. You do have the option of selecting specail delivery. If you decide to choose this premium service Royal Mail will guarantee delivery on your specified date. Fore special delivery someone will need to be at home to sign for the flowers.

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name address, email address etc) in order to purchase or use services on our website. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable iFlowers.co.uk to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. iFlowers.co.uk will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice.

Returns & Replacements
We guarantee all of our flowers and will send out a replacement box if they do not arrive in perfect condition. Our contact details and information on returns are included with every bouquet we send out.
The iFlowers.co.uk website allows you to send flowers to up to 5 different recipients in a single transaction. You can specify a different delivery date and message for each item. Simply choose to check out with multiple addresses after added your chosen products to the shopping cart.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our website uses Secure Trading to handle payments for your flowers. We have a secure certificate to ensure that your detils are kept safe and secure. iFlowers.co.uk do not keep a record of your card.
If you choose to set up an account with iFlowers you can log in at any time and see details of any orders you have made. You have an address book so you can keep a note of useful addresses. If you wish you can re-order a bouquet simply with the click of a button.
Updating Account Information
Account information can also be updated easily by logging into the site. You can amend your address and contact details, view any items you have saved as a favourite and keep a check on any items you have tagged or reviewed.
